By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Uptra is an AI-powered job search and application platform designed to help job seekers find opportunities and create compelling application materials.
Our Service includes: Intelligent Job Matching: We analyze thousands of job listings and match them with your profile to show you opportunities where you have a strong chance of success. Instant Application Package Generation: We use AI to create tailored resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn outreach messages based on specific job descriptions. AI Interview Preparation: We provide interview preparation tools, tips, and practice resources based on job descriptions to help you feel confident and prepared.
Important Disclaimer: While we strive to provide excellent tools to improve your job search, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as interviews, job offers, or employment. Our Service provides tools and resources designed to give you the best possible chance in your job search, but ultimate results depend on many factors beyond our control.
You must be at least 14 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18 years old, we recommend discussing your use of Uptra with a parent or guardian. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account by providing: Accurate and complete information, A valid email address, Secure password. You agree to: Keep your account information current and accurate, Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password, Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account, Take responsibility for all activities under your account.
Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all your accounts.
You may not: Share your account credentials with others, Transfer your account to another person, Use another person's account.
Free Tier: 2 free AI-generated application packages (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn message), Access to job listings, Basic job matching features.
Premium Tier: Unlimited AI-generated application packages, Full access to all job matching features, AI interview preparation tools, Priority customer support.
Monthly Subscription: $20.00 per month, billed monthly. Quarterly Subscription: $17.99 per month, billed quarterly ($53.97 every three months). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added to your bill where required by law.
We offer a 14-day free trial of our Premium tier for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all Premium features at no cost.
Important trial terms: One free trial per user, You can cancel anytime during the trial period, If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin automatically, You will be charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or quarterly).
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, we may suspend or downgrade your account to the Free tier.
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we may consider refunds in the following situations: Situations where refunds may be granted: Technical issues preventing you from using the Service, Billing errors or duplicate charges, Service not as described, Requests made within 7 days of initial charge.
Situations where refunds typically are not granted: Change of mind after using Premium features, Requests after 30 days from the charge date, Violation of these Terms resulting in account termination.
To request a refund: Email info@uptra.ai from your registered email address with: Your account email, Reason for the refund request, Transaction details. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by: Contacting us at info@uptra.ai, Following cancellation instructions in your account settings (when available).
What happens when you cancel: You will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period, You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods, Your account will revert to the Free tier, You will still have access to your data and can download it.
No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise determined under our refund policy.
You may use our Service to: Search for legitimate job opportunities, Create application materials for real job applications, Prepare for job interviews, Manage your job search process.
You agree NOT to: Fraudulent or Misleading Activity: Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, Impersonate another person or entity, Create resumes or applications containing fabricated information, Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials.
Account Misuse: Create multiple accounts, Share your account with others, Use another person's account without authorization, Circumvent payment requirements or subscription limits.
Technical Abuse: Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our Service without permission, Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code, Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers, Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Illegal or Harmful Activity: Use the Service for any illegal purpose, Violate any applicable laws or regulations, Harass, abuse, or harm others, Infringe on intellectual property rights, Engage in spamming or unsolicited marketing.
Competitive Activity: Use the Service to build a competing product or service, Copy or replicate our features, design, or functionality, Use our AI technology outside of intended personal job search use.
If you violate these Terms, we may: Issue a warning, Temporarily suspend your account, Permanently terminate your account, Take legal action if necessary, Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
"Your Content" means any information, data, text, resumes, cover letters, and other materials you provide, upload, or create using our Service. License Grant to Us: By using our Service, you grant Novesis Corp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purposes of: Providing and improving our Service, Generating application materials for you, Training and improving our AI models (Free tier users only - see Section 7.3), Analyzing usage patterns and Service performance. Your Ownership: You retain ownership of Your Content. The license you grant us does not transfer ownership to us. Your Right to Access and Export: You always have the right to: Access Your Content through your account, Download or export Your Content, Request a copy of Your Content by contacting us, Take Your Content with you if you leave Uptra.
You are solely responsible for: The accuracy and legality of Your Content, Ensuring you have the right to provide Your Content, Any consequences that result from Your Content. You represent and warrant that: You own or have permission to use Your Content, Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, Your Content does not contain false or misleading information.
Important Distinction: Free Tier Users: By using our Free tier, you agree that Your Content may be used to train, improve, and develop our AI models and Service features. This helps us provide and improve free services. Premium Tier Users: We do NOT use Your Content from Premium accounts to train our AI models. Your Content is used only to provide you with the Service features you paid for. Both Tiers: We may use aggregated, anonymized data (data that cannot identify you) from all users for analytics, research, and Service improvement. Opt-Out: If you are a Free tier user and do not want your content used for AI training, you can upgrade to Premium or contact us to discuss your options.
All aspects of our Service, including but not limited to: Software, code, and technology, Design, layout, and user interface, Logos, trademarks, and branding, AI algorithms and models, Text, graphics, and content we create...are owned by Novesis Corp or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License to You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for personal job search purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may NOT: Copy, modify, or distribute our Service or content, Remove any copyright or proprietary notices, Use our trademarks without written permission.
Our Service includes job listings from third-party sources and may contain links to external websites, company career pages, and job boards. We are not responsible for: The accuracy or availability of third-party job listings, The content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites, Interactions between you and potential employers, The hiring decisions or employment practices of third parties.
We use third-party services to provide and improve our Service, including: AI technology (Google Gemini API), Payment processing (Stripe), Cloud hosting (AWS), Analytics tools. Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT: Uptra provides tools and resources to assist with job searching, but we do NOT and CANNOT guarantee: That you will receive interviews or job offers, That employers will respond to your applications, The accuracy or completeness of job listings, The quality or suitability of any job opportunities, Employment outcomes of any kind. Your success in finding employment depends on many factors outside our control, including your qualifications, the job market, employer decisions, and competition from other candidates.
We strive to provide reliable Service, but we do NOT guarantee: Uninterrupted or error-free operation, That the Service will be available at all times, That defects will be corrected immediately, That the Service will meet all your specific requirements. We reserve the right to: Modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or the entire Service, Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability, Change system requirements or supported platforms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: Implied warranties of merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Non-infringement, Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content, That the Service will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are NOT liable for: Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, Employment outcomes or lack thereof, Actions or decisions made based on information from our Service, Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in job listings or AI-generated content, Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content, Third-party conduct or content.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, OR $100 USD. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Novesis Corp, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: Your use or misuse of the Service, Your violation of these Terms, Your violation of any rights of another person or entity, Your Content or any information you provide, False or misleading information in resumes or applications you create, Any employment-related claims or disputes with employers.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by: Emailing us at info@uptra.ai from your registered email address, Following account deletion instructions in your account settings (when available). What happens when you terminate: Your access to Premium features ends immediately (or at the end of your billing period if you have an active subscription), You can download Your Content before termination, We will process your data according to our Privacy Policy, Some information may be retained as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if: You violate these Terms, You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, You misuse the Service in ways that harm us or others, Your account remains inactive for an extended period, We are required to do so by law, Payment for your subscription fails repeatedly. Account Suspension: We may suspend your account temporarily for investigation before permanent termination. During suspension, you will not be able to access the Service.
Upon termination: Your right to use the Service ends immediately, We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period (see our Privacy Policy), You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination, You do not receive refunds for unused subscription time unless determined under our refund policy, Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution).
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@uptra.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. Please provide: A description of the dispute, Your desired resolution, Your contact information. We will respond within 15 business days and attempt to reach a resolution within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any claim or dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as noted below. Arbitration Terms: Arbitration will be conducted under the Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, Arbitration will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, The arbitration will be conducted in English, The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, Each party bears their own costs and fees, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise, Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. What This Means: You and Novesis Corp agree to resolve disputes individually through arbitration, not through court proceedings or class actions.
Arbitration does not apply to: Small claims court matters (if the claim qualifies), Intellectual property disputes, Claims seeking injunctive relief, Enforcement of arbitration awards.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If arbitration does not apply or is found unenforceable, you agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novesis Corp regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Novesis Corp.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service interruptions.
To You: We may provide notices to you via: Email to your registered email address, Posting notices on our Service, In-app notifications. To Us: You may provide notices to us by emailing info@uptra.ai. Notices are deemed effective when sent (for email) or when posted (for Service notices).
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
